When are the opening times for visitors?

Visiting hours for the beach BBQ on April 10, 2025 are from 18:00 to 22:00. The trade fair on April 11, 2025 is open from 8:00 to 18:00, the official program starts at 9:00. Following the trade fair, the after-show party takes place from 18:00 to 2:00.

How do I reach the RheinEnergieSTADION?

Arrival by public transport:
Take tram line 1 and get off at the “Cologne RheinEnergieSTADION” stop.

Arriving by car:

From Cologne Ring West (A1): Take the “Cologne-Bocklemünd”, “Cologne-Lövenich” or “Cologne-Weiden/Frechen” exits and follow the signs to “Stadion”.
From the A4: Take the exit “Cologne-Klettenberg”, drive down “Luxemburger Straße” a bit into the city, turn left onto the “Militärring” and follow it to “Junkersdorfer Straße”.

Arrival from Cologne/Bonn airport:
From the airport, you can reach RheinEnergieSTADION in approx. 45 minutes. Take the S-Bahn or regional trains to “Cologne Messe/Deutz” and then change to tram line 1, which will take you to the “Cologne RheinEnergieSTADION” stop.

Where can I park on site?

Please park at RheinEnergieSTADION in car park S5, which is only about a 6-minute walk away and can be reached via “Junkersdorfer Straße”. Alternatively, car park P6 is available, which is about a 15-minute walk away and can be reached via the “Salzburger Weg”.

Is there a cloakroom on site?

We offer a free cloakroom, which is located in the entrance area in the basement. The cloakroom is guarded, but we assume no liability.

How do I sign up for a masterclass?

No additional registration is required for the masterclasses. Simply show your name tag with QR code at the entrance to the masterclass room, which you will automatically receive as soon as you enter the RheinEnergieSTADION.

Do I need an extra ticket for the beach BBQ or the after-show party?

To participate in the beach BBQ or the after-show party, you need an additional ticket if you have only purchased a day ticket. However, if you have booked an all-inclusive or combined ticket, participation is already included. Alternatively, you can also purchase a single ticket for the respective event. Please therefore check individually which services your ticket includes. You can book your tickets here.

How can I apply as an exhibitor or speaker?

If you would like to apply as an exhibitor, you can book your booth package directly here on our website or contact us via the contact form. The opening hours for exhibitors are from 7:00 to 18:00 on April 11, 2025. The after-show party will take place immediately afterwards, starting at 18:00.

What parking options do exhibitors have?

One exhibitor parking space is available for each exhibitor per exhibitor package. For details on parking options, please refer to the exhibitor information, which we will send you by e-mail shortly before the event.

Is there a possibility for lead scanning during the trade fair?

Lead scanning is available via our event app. If you want to use this feature, please make sure that a lead scanning license is included in your exhibitor package. If you need an additional license or multiple licenses, we are happy to help — just contact us.
