"Box - Die Abholstation" is Deutsche Bahn's new Click&Collect service. Consignments can easily be collected and returned contactlessly at a Packstation at the station. Whether orders from online stores or stationary retailers, the service is independent of suppliers and providers and can be used conveniently and flexibly by recipients at local public transport stations. In addition to receiving parcels, "Box - Die Abholstation" is also suitable for everyday services, such as depositing textiles for dry cleaning or collecting keys and rental items.
