A station with a future and what it has to do with eCommerce. “Box – Die Abholstation” is Deutsche Bahn’s new Click&Collect service. Consignments can easily be collected and returned contactlessly at a Packstation at the station. Whether orders from online stores or stationary retailers, the service is independent of suppliers and providers and can be used conveniently and flexibly by recipients at local public transport stations. The keynote will focus on the presentation of new, sustainable and efficient use cases for sellers that go beyond the traditional use of pick-up stations (open to all providers).
